This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between to $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance will be in Livermore, CA.
The purpose of this project is to Construct and complete Lawrence Livermore Substation Station Service Upgrade, in accordance with the attached specifications. The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet free of charge. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed.
Site Visit: To be held on May 3, 2022 at 11:00 am PST. Those interested in attending must RSVP by April 26, 2022 by sending an email to [email protected]. See Provision DOE-L-2019 (on attached SF 1442) for details. Although not mandatory, a site visit by interested parties is encouraged. If you attend the site visit, all attendees are required to wear hard hats and steel toed boots. WAPA will not issue safety gear. Only two (2) representatives per potential offeror will be allowed at the site visit. See Provision WES-L-2002 for bid instructions.
