THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADD THE PLACE OF PERFORMANCE.

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Riverton Weather Forecast Office (WFO) 12744 West Highway 26, Riverton, WY is in need lawn care services for a base period and 4 options years. The contractor will be responsible for providing lawn care services for the base period beginning April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 with four 12-month option periods. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and supervision for the duties required as described in the statement of work to care for all of the grounds within the boundaries of the Weather Forecast Office..Duties include but are not limited to: Mow and rake grassy areas; trim around building and stationary objects; edge sidewalks; bag and remove clippings and debris; remove weeds or grasses in shrubbery or mulch covered areas. Mow all irrigated areas on the property (approximately 2 acres).

The Government prefers the payment to be made by the Government Purchase Card. All contractors doing business with the Eastern Region Acquisition Division (ERAD) must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) or certification with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered with CCR.
