The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Portfolio Media, Inc. for Law360.com subscription services. This subscription service provides web-based research tools to a range of topics required by PBGC including Bankruptcy, ERISA, Law and Employment and Government contracts.

Portfolio Media, Inc. will provide the following services:
- Access to case summaries for nearly all active federal cases, updated hourly.
- Research tools to find and track cases by key word, date, case type, matter, and court.
- Daily reports that include news updates, and new case filings for a specific company or law firm.

This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. A RFQ will not be issued. Interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services to Norman Cofer at [email protected] and Sierra Martin at [email protected] no later than August 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST. Responses received will be addressed, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
