Augusta will be renovating the Law Department Building, located at 535 Telfair Street, Building 3000, Augusta, GA 30901 to allow for expansion of the Department. This project is to abate asbestos containing materials in advance of renovation activities, which are being bid separately. The Law Department Building is an approximate 9,000 SF one-story building with an unfinished attic built over a slab-on grade foundation. The back portion of the building was added to the original construction at a later date.
