ATTENTION: This is a precursor to a private solicitation for this Public Works project. All bidders and vendors interested in bidding must fill out the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and submit to Laurie Hammack (SCL). Once SCL has reviewed and approved the NDA, bidders and vendors will be invited to download Contract Documents from eBid Exchange. PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood, south of NE 33rd St between West Laurelhurst Drive NE, and East Laurelhurst Drive NE and includes Webster Point Road NE. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the following elements of work: pavement removal, excavation, potholing, installation of electrical vaults, duct banks, backfilling, salvage of bricks and pavers, pavement, sidewalk and landscape restoration. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA): As required by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) related to the protection of information. Documents associated with this project are classified as Confidential and shall only be released to entities that have completed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA is available on www.ebidexchange.com/seattle. Once SCL has received the completed NDA, bidding information and the location of the pre-bid site inspection will be made available to potential bidders.
