This is a non-personal services contract to provide for laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration/repair services. The Government will exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personal, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) and Alteration/Repair services for the Army Combat Uniforms (ACU), Army Service/Dress Uniform (ASU), Duffel Bags, Laundry Bags and the sanitization of shoes and boots as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Eastside High School JROTC has approximately 300 students who wear the Army Service Uniform (ASU) consisting of coat, trousers, and short sleeve shirt that need to be dry cleaned annually. Also, approximately 250 of the ASUs need minor tailoring adjustments of the trouser and sleeve lengths. Additionally, approximately 100 Army Combat Uniforms (ACU) need to be laundered and folded annually. It is anticipated that the JROTC Program will increase to 600 students by 2020. If the growth materializes, the L&DC and alteration requirements will increase as well.
