The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Latrine Renovation of Building 27 located at the Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California, in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on September 4th, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at the Joint Forces Training Base. Prospective bidders will meet in Building 244 just East of the Main Gate, sign in and receive the briefing and then caravan to the site, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by calling CSM David Eckert, at (916) 826-6577. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a B General Building Contractor's license and a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractor¿s License or subcontract to a contractor who holds a C-22 License. The Government Estimate for this project is $300,000.00.
