The City of Pasadena, Parks Recreation & Community Services Department (PRCS) is soliciting proposals for a live music band. PRCS is hosting a concert for Latino Heritage Month at Memorial Park on Saturday, October 16, 2021, proposer must provide, instruments needed to perform for an estimated 400 attendees. The band must provide an upbeat tropical Latin vibe with cumbia, salsa or similar, and have a large social media following of a minimum of 3,000 followers. The concert is from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a 10-minute intermission. Band set-up is from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with soundcheck from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
