Bid Specifications/Description: Latin Honors Stoles Maroon and white satin stoles to be handed out to graduating students who are awarded with Latin Honors. Please provide samples of honors stoles for review. Samples should be mailed to the University of Procurement Office. Mailing address provided on "Questions" tab. If you would like any samples returned, please indicate so and provide a no cost returnable solution for the University. The University estimates ordering 600 stoles for Spring Commencement and 400 stoles for Fall Commencement each year. This is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Quantities may vary based on need. If deemed in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole and to award multiple vendors.
