This action is set-aside 100% for small businesses.The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a requirement for a contract that provides for severable, non-personal services to sort peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from Lassa fever virus (LASV) survivors to discover and produce monoclonal antibodies for assessment in in-vitro and in-vivo assays at USAMRIID. Successful antibody discovery pipelines depend on: (1) the source sample used for antibody discovery, (2) the availability of high-quality antigens to identify and down-select candidate Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), and (3) a detailed understanding of the underlying biology of the target. The contract, awarded as a result of this solicitation, will consist of one, 12-month base period and two, 12-month option periods for a total of 36 months.The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
