Laser engraver and cutter with the following specifications:
Two laser source integration; CO2 and Fiber Laser sources into one laser system, allowing different materials with various degrees of hardness to be processed in one operation. CO2 is used for engraving and cutting, while the fiber laser is used for marking metals and staining plastics. The Laser source should be 80 watt Co2, and Fiber source 30 watt. Flexx technology, that include both CO2 and Fiber Laser sourced systems.
2. The engraving area requirement is 29" x 17", with a maximum raster speed of 140"/sec for Co2, and 78"/sec for Fiber. The engraving table needs to be Ferro-Magnetic. Input Voltage/Amperage; 25/40 w 115v 15A and 60/80 w 115v 20A.
3. Job Control Print Diver, needs to be "Expert Level".
4. Vendor must be easily accessible to the Brooksville, Florida location in order to provide annual maintenance, repair, diagnostic and/or technical support. Vendor must be a known or reputable company as supplies, accessories and or upgrade will need to be readily available for the facility to be able to order.
