The project shall include, but is not limited to, full-depth reclamation (FDR) of the roadway (±7,425 ft), placing 0.5” thick of 9.5mm scratch/leveling course and 1.5” thick of 9.5mm wearing course, site clearing, replacing cross-pipes for drainage, removing existing guiderail and installing new Type 31-S, installing erosion and sediment control measures, traffic control, grading, installing roadway shoulders, driveway tie-ins and all necessary incidental work, appurtenances and site restoration for said construction.
