This combined synopsis/solicitation 21-12-852DWF354 for commercial item(s) is prepared in accordance with guidelines set forth in FAR Part 5.101-2. This notice only constitutes the Request for Quotes. This solicitation is a 100% Small-Business Set Aside procurement in accordance with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).
Contracting Officer will award Government Purchase Order with results of this solicilation to the contractor whose quote adheres to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotations should be written and submitted including the contractors DUNS number. Quotes must be received no later than February 23rd, 2012 @ 1500 Pacific Time. Quotes shall be emailed or faxed with attention to SKC June Bingham, email-([email protected]), fax-(510-217-3513). Requested delivery date on the complete order will be March 15th, 2012. All technical questions regarding work actions and/or specs shall be directed to BM1 Gary Banuelos at [email protected]. Vendor will be responsible for accepting Purchase Order in writing which will include a full understanding of specs and completion deadline according to BM1 Gary Banuelos.

Large Inflatable Fenders & Inflator
Solicitation is for (4) large inflatable commercial grade fenders within the following specifications. Over all inflated diameter will be 8 feet, inflated length will be 10 feet from ‘D' ring to ‘D' ring. The deflated size will be approximately 46" x 24" x 24". The attachment method will be four heavy duty stainless steel ‘D' ring on each end attached with 3 layers of heavy webbing and one layer of PVC material to prevent weakening from UV. A bridle is recommended to provide load spreading. Fenders should have a heavy strap handle located on one side to assist in crew handling.
Inflator shall have high volume air power for rapid inflation or deflation of fenders.
