5. This requirement is for Helicopter Maintenance, inspection and repair Services to support the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plan Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) in Edinburg TX

7. The period of performance will be 5 years.
