The Naval Air System Command intends to contract on a sole source basis with Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Ltd (MBA), Higher Denham, Middlesex, England for an anticipated amount of 2,146 Lanyard Retention Collar Retrofit Modification Kits in support of approved ECP MB9436 (ACC-756) to retrofit the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-10-G-0009. The projected delivery schedule is from November 2013 to August 2015. Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Ltd is the manufacturer of the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES) that are currently deployed throughout the fleet and is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to produce the modification kits.
