The City is accepting proposals from qualified firms to serve as a consultant for program management, project management, construction management, and inspection activities for the term of the professional services contract or until final close-out of projects. The awarded firm shall proactively anticipate barriers to efficient project execution, analyze issues, and partner with the Owner, Engineer, and stakeholders to develop solutions.
