Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and any incidentals necessary to provide Landscaping as indicated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawing. The work involves demolishing exiting asphalt at the worksite, excavating existing grounds at the worksite, and landscaping to include planting six (6) types of plants and the placement of river rocks IAW the SOW and Drawing. The work is to take place on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX 76908. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1002, this acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. Offers that are not an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered.
