WEST LINN – WILSONVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICTLANDSCAPE SERVICES- WEST LINN Bids Due 3:00 pm, October 11, 2023 INVITATION TO BIDThe West Linn - Wilsonville School District is accepting bids from Landscape Contractors for Landscape Services- "West Linn", for 8 months, starting on November 1, 2023, with three 1-year extensions available. The work to be completed includes: landscape maintenance at three district sites located in West Linn, Oregon. The sites include: West Linn High School, 5464 West A St, West Linn OR 97068, Rosemont Ridge Middle School, 20001 Salamo Rd, West Linn OR 97068, and Sunset Primary School, 2351 Oxford St, West Linn OR 97068. Bid documents may be reviewed at the District's Operation Center located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon, 97062, or by requesting the bid documents from Jeremy Nichols, at [email protected]. Bids will be accepted by Jeff Chambers, Facilities Manager ([email protected], 503-673-7994) at the District's Operations Center until 3:00pm, Wednesday, October 11 local time after which, bids will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through meeting will occur on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, starting in front of West Linn High School at 9:30am. Following the pre-bid walk at West Linn High School, all parties are invited to continue at Rosemont Ridge Middle School and Sunset Primary School.
