Work to include: Perform landscape cleanup and gravel installation at the Van Nuys Armory, including tree and vegetation removal, stump grinding, ground preparation, gravel installation, trimming, and debris removal, in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and site-specific measurements. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
