You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Landsat Next Instrument Studies solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to develop and assess instrument concepts that could support the Landsat Next mission. The intent of these studies is to better inform the Government as to the viability and risks associated with current instrument requirements and mission objectives.
This competitive acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The contract will have a total potential period of performance of six (6) months. The Government contemplates award of multiple firm fixed price type contracts. The not to exceed (NTE) amount for each contract is $500K.
Each offeror may submit no more than two (2) proposals. Each proposal must present a unique solution or methodology. Each proposal must contain all of the required components and all volumes as listed in the solicitation to be considered for award.
The anticipated contract award date is June 1, 2021, with a June 15, 2021 contract effective date.
