REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Plainview is soliciting bids for LANDFILL SECTOR 2A-2B EXPANSION. Competitive sealed bids will be received in the City Secretary’s Office, City of Plainview, 202 West 5th, Plainview, TX 79072, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18, 2024. They will then be opened and read aloud in the City Hall Centennial Room at 202 West 5th, Plainview, Texas. Any bids received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. The City of Plainview reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities.
