The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Landfill Gas, Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling at Camp Roberts located off Highway 101 at Camp Roberts CA 93451 for a period of 16 months to begin on or around December 1, 2024, through March 31, 2026, in accordance with the technical specifications. This project requires the Contractor to have a current California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification or use a subcontractor that maintains current California ELAP certification. The contract will also require analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that must be conducted by a Department of Defense (DoD) certified laboratory.
