•1.      One Thousand Five hundred (1500) LANDesk Management Suite v8.7 Professional Maintenance Agreement for a twelve month period.

•2.      One Thousand Five hundred (1500) LANDesk Patch Manger v8.7 12 Monthly Subscription for a twelve month period.

This RFQ is Full and Open Competition.  Your quotation must be received by the date and time specified.  Close date JUNE 30, 2008 4:00PM EST.  Any questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing no later than JUNE 27, 2008 2:00 EST.
