Project Description: The Work includes, but is not limited to: Remodeling approximately 1000 SF of the school entry and front office. This includes removing furnishings, carpet and demolishing walls at the front office area. Installing a new interior storefront system with access controls. Installing new counters, carpet, and paint in the front office area. Removing an existing exterior window, expanding the opening and installing a new window. Interior finish upgrades include new paint and wainscotting in the hallways. Painting and installing soundabsorbing wall panels and wall mats at the Gymnasium. Building permits are required from King County, the Authority Having Jurisdiction of this site.
