Work includes new exterior doors and windows, interior renovation and finishes, cabinetry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and renovation of the outdoor children's play area. Sealed Bids will be received electronically @ carmenwclackcokids.org until Tuesday December 13, 2022, at 2:00 pm. Include 'LAKE ROAD BID' in the subject line. Bids will be opened at 4:00 pm, and not read publicly. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days after submission date and time.
