The City of Peoria, Arizona (City) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to prepare an “update” to an existing Design Concept Report (DCR). This contract may be a two-phase contract. Phase I of the contract will consist of services to prepare an update to: the Design Concept Report, Environmental Assessments and related studies and reports as outlined in this document. Phase I will be broken into two segments, Segment 1 will be Lake Pleasant Parkway from the SR303L to the Central Arizona project (CAP) and Segment 2 will be Lake Pleasant Parkway from the CAP to SR 74. Phase II of the contract may be activated at the discretion of the City after completion of Phase I scope of work by means of a contract modification and may consist of the final design and preparation of construction documents for Segment 1 only, or for Segment 1 and Segment 2 combined depending on available funding.
