The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide a surface water budget of Lake Padden. The surface water budget will be used to analyze various withdrawal and climate change scenarios and will result in a final report discussing the results of the scenario analysis. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.
