CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO LAKE OSWEGO LIBRARY HVAC AND CONTROLS UPGRADE Bid Closing Time: 2:00 p.m., local time, September 30, 2021 INVITATION FOR BIDS SCOPE OF WORK: This work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services to construct and install the complete HVAC and Controls Upgrade as specified herein. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be December 30, 2021 and Project Final Completion shall be January 14, 2022. This project is subject to Oregon minimum wage rate require ments of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. HOW TO SUBMIT A BID: Bids shall be submitted by ELECTRONIC MEANS ONLY and must be received up to the Bid Closing Time. Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent. The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent low Bidder as part of its evaluation of the lowest responsive Bid. Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcon tractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:30 pm local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. The First Tier Subcon tractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same email address as the Bid, with subject line: "FIRST TIER DISCLOSURE- LAKE OSWEGO LIBRARY HVAC AND CONTROLS UPGRADE."
