For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of: A new municipal well to serve the Village of Lake Hallie, Wisconsin. Well construction consists of site grading to prepare the site to the desired elevation of the final well and a two stage well construction and testing of a 165 foot deep well with a 16 inch diameter casing and an anticipated 300 GPM well production capacity. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Lake Hallie reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Village.
