Major Quantities on the Project Include: 1 LS Well No. 5 Pump House, Well Equipment and Piping, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, SCADA, and Appurtenances 3,000 CY Common Excavation 1,900 LF 12-inch Water Main and Appurtenances 2,000 CY Crushed Aggregate Base Driveway Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Lake Hallie reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Village.
