Wilson & Co. is formally requesting bids for the Ladue Schools project (Spoede Elementary School), on the following Work Packages: 07A - Waterproofing 10C - Signage 31A - Earthwork 32L - Landscaping 33A - Site Utilities Bids are due on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 @ 2:00 PM CST. - Bids MUST BE HAND DELIVERED! Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager at Risk, at Ladue Main District Office - 9703 Conway Road, St. Louis, MO 63124 until 2:00 pm for the scope of work described herein. This project consists of renovations and additions to Spoede Elementary School. Total SF of New Addition / Renovation is 84,253 SF Bidders are NOT allowed to make a site visit without prior approval from S. M. Wilson. We are working with the Owner to schedule a site walk - to be issued via Addendum.
