The US Army Contracting Command-Warren intends to award a sole source
contract to Guild Associates Inc. of Dublin, OH to make various design
improvements to the Laundry Advanced Systems (LADS). The US Army TACOM
ILSC has a requirement to incorporate various upgrades and improvements into
the Laundry Advanced Systems to improve readiness and address reliability
issues. As part of this effort the contractor will also update the
logistics to the system and document the necessary procedures to update the
LADS to the newest configuration. At the end of this effort, the
contractor shall submit Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) documenting the
changes for formal approval by the government to revise the system
configuration. A J&A was approved for this effort by the Competition
Advocate on 26 July 2017.

The estimated contract value is $2M
