This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for NCAA lacrosse equipment for US Coast guard Academy Athletic department, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-14-394PBB501 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as noted:
Equipment Grade is defined as:
HIGH - top of the line quality.
MEDIUM - mid grade quality
STOCK - basic level quality

Quantity specified will be a mix of sizes ... noted at time of order.
Vendor must quote entire package to be considered valid
Preference given to vendors that quote all items from a single manufacturer
