The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, Maryland, intends to issue a modification to contract HU0001-09-M-V400. HU0001-09-M-V400 is an agreement with Charles River Labortories for the following laboratory testing to be performed on an as needed basis:
The period of performance for the laboratory testing agreement commenced December 12, 2008 and concludes on December 11, 2009. The award amount of HU0001-09-M-V400 was $18,000.00. The resulting modification will change the award amount to $26,000.00.
