The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals to provide all labor, materials and equipment for Wastewater Treatment Plant biosolids hauling, management and utilization. Sealed proposals will be received in the City Manager’s Office, Bowie City Hall, 15901 Excalibur Road, Bowie, Maryland 20716 until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 10, 2019. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
