OREGON MILITARY DEPARTMENT LA GRANDE HVAC DDC REPLACEMENT Bids Due September 17, 2020 by 3:00 PM PT INVITATION TO BID NUMBER #190046C001 The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project, located at 404 S 12th Street, La Grande, OR 97850. Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated from $117K to $130K dollars for Base Bid and Alternates. There will be a voluntary pre-bid walk through held on September 9, 2020 at 9am. Bids will not be accepted after date and time above. The public bid opening will immediately follow the closing time at OMD, 775 Airport Road, SE Salem, OR. Bidders must be registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The project is subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) requirements. Contractor drug-testing program certification is required. ITB documents must be downloaded from the ORPIN system located at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open. dll/.
