Opportunity Summary ITB PURPOSE: The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for La Grande HVAC DDC Replacement located at 404 S 12th Street, La Grande, Oregon 97850 for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Replace current American Automatrix ("AAM") "Sage" DDC system with new Automated Logic ("ALC") DDC System. Work includes but is not limited to installation of new ALC controllers, wall sensors and ARCNet network wiring necessary to replace the existing system. Furnish control system engineering (installation drawings, programming, start-up & check-out), installation and supervision labor to replace the American Automatrix "Sage" front end computer and all AAM controllers. Connection of new controllers to the existing input devices (duct sensors, status switches, wall sensors, outside air sensor, etc.) where possible and reuse existing enclosures, existing wiring, existing S/S relays and existing circuits where possible. Provide and configure a new work station/server, use the WebCTRL software and LGR25 router, Cradle Point cellular modem (for remote access), One Year Warranty and on-site training. C.1.1.2 Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from OMD and advertised on the ORPIN System. BIDDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS VOLUNTARY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, BUT WITH THE COMPLEXITY OF THIS PROJECT IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT BIDDERS OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ATTEND. C.1.2 ADDITIONAL SITE ACCESS Additional site access will be provided to allow Bidders access to the site on September 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM (PT). This date is solely for the purpose of allowing Bidders additional time to view the site conditions. The Owner will have a representative at the site to answer questions. Security personnel are prohibited from accepting driver's licenses or ID cards from non-compliant states. Bidders are responsible for providing appropriate valid identification. OMD is not responsible for Bidders who are turned away for not having proper identification.
