The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), intend to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Integral Systems, Inc. (ISI) located in Lanham, Maryland The software license maintenance for EPOCH and ABE software will provide support to the NESDIS/OSD Ground Systems Division for the Geostationary Operational and Environmental Satellite (GOES) Program for a 12 month period. ISI’s commercial software supports in the collection process of data that comes from the satellites. Integral Systems, Inc. is the sole proprietor of the software. The contractor will provide periodic updates of the software that may incorporate fixes of bugs and software enhancements. Telephone support for diagnosing Software problems will be provided between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Note 22.
