In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(2) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source,? the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter issue a source modification to The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO, to modify Contract N00019-05-C-0045 to provide two-additional months of persistent Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) services for the Afloat Forward Staging Base (AFSB) USNS Stockham in direct support of the global War on Terror (GWOT). The Boeing Company is currently performing the second year of UAV ISR Serives for the AFSB USNS Stockham's three-year mission. This modification will extend the service for two additional months. Unless otherwise stated herein, no formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only.
