Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Southern California Marine Institute for the office of Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) located in Seattle, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is to monitor, maintain and collect samples of PMEL pc02 system. The work involves riding a ship to monitor and maintain underway pc02 system and to take water and air samples, interaction with the ship's crew, communicate results and problems to lab and service system during in port period. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
