This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal is for a FFP type contract with one ? twelve month base year and four ? twelve month option years for CBRN Response Division (CRD) Contract Support (Response Team Support, Training, Medical Surveillance, etc.). To view the RFP, please see the attached solicitation number HQ0034-07-R-1041A. Additionally, please be sure to carefully review the instructions to offerors found in the RFP. The Government will host a pre-proposal site visit Wednesday, August 22, 2007 beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m. in a conference room at 1400 S. Eads Street, Arlington, VA 22202. The doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for registered participants and no one will be admitted after 9:00 a.m. The visit will conclude by noon. Interested Offerors may register up to two participants by sending the required information to Mr. Brad Westergren at [email protected]. The required information to register for the site visit is full name (first, middle, last), social security number, date and place of birth. The information presented will be unclassified and the screening process will involve a NAC query. Registration closes at 2:00 p.m. August 17, 2007.
