Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, quote mark only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source contract to Armag Corporation.  Armag Corporation has the proprietary rights to and is the sole provider and distributor of these ammunition mags. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332311 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees.

Armag Corporation, 300 Armag Ave, Bardstown, KY 40004-2113 is the sole supplier for the Type 2 Class Ammunition Mags.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday, August 29th, 2016.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
