THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE FOR A/E SERVICES TO HTK ARCHITECTS for the KSARNG/KSANG Joint Installation Energy Mater Plain IEMP.

The IEMP has been authorized from NGB to procure Type A Services for the FY16 requirement Project GUQE 162990.  HTK was the designer on contract when the propoal was approved for the reference IEMP work.

The KSANG is funding their portion at  this time.  The KSARNG is not funded at this time.  

The J&A has been completed and approved as of 25 Aug 16.  Reason for Authroity Cited:  ANGI 32-1023 and FAR 36.6. 

Market Research and Fair and Reasonable Costs have been determined as of 25Aug16.

An A/E sole source will be issued for this project NLT 2 Sep 16.

Modifying Special Notice W912JC-16-R-5706 that the KSARNG will be funding their portion for the Joint IEMP at this time. 

An A/E sole source will be issued for this project NLT 8 Sep 16.
