CITY OF TIGARD KRUGER CREEK STABILIZATION Proposals due 10:00 am, October 6, 2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Tigard is seeking sealed proposals from experienced firms capable of providing design services to the City for the Kruger Creek Stabilization Project. This project will implement two high-priority projects in the 2018 City of Tigard Stormwater Master Plan, addressing eroding stretches of Kruger Creek from the headwaters near Bull Mountain Park to Gaarde Street. Work under this contract consists of project research/data collection, design survey, engineering design (construction plans, permitting, project management, bidding assistance), and construction support services. Proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at ContractsPurchasing@tigard-or. gov. No proposal will be consid ered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the RFP packet. Proposals will be considered time-stamped and received by the City when they are received in the email inbox listed above. Late proposals may not be considered, it is the City's sole discretion to accept or reject a late proposal. RFP packets may be downloaded from: www.tigard-or.gov/bids Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
