On behalf of the Department of Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Immix Group. The BPA will acquire a time and attendance (T&A) system software, licensing, installation, upgrades, maintenance, testing, training, related professional services, and integration with other federal-wide Human Resource Line of Business (HR LOB) HR Connect Program Office (HRCPO). This BPA is to obtain a T&A solution for the following: •T&A Software licenses, renewals and associated maintenance •Hosting services for the software •Professional services for implementation and customization of software •Tier 1, 2 and 3 help desk support This BPA will be a sole source brand name or equal made under the Authorities of FAR Parts 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source; 11.105 – Items peculiar to one manufacturer; and 52.211-6 – Brand Name or Equal. The Immix Group is the only entity that is authorized to implement the Kronos webTA™ solution. The full Kronos line of products and services are listed on the Immix Group’s authorized reseller’s GSA Schedule 70 solely.
