The Bureau of The Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Administrative Resource Center (ARC) has made a sole source award to ImmixTechnology, Inc. 8444 Westpark Dr Ste 200, McLean, VA 22102-5112 for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for three years against their GSA Federal Supply Schedule, GS-35F-0265X for Kronos WebTA payroll time and attendance services. This award was pursuant to FAR Part 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.

Per market research and confirmed via the Kronos, the Manufacturer of the Kronos WebTA system, ImmixTechnology is the only authorized reseller available through a Best in Class (BIC) resource (a Treasury Mandatory Source). As the required products and services will be providing upgrades to existing software and/or the purchase of new software components of the existing WebTA Platform on a "as needed" basis; only Kronos products/services will be acceptable. Migration to another time and attendance system would require a conversion, testing, implementation, and training effort that would extend for a minimum of twelve (12) months (excluding planning time) and require extensive resources from ARC for deployment and additional cost/time from each customer agency.
