This is a Notice of Intent to award Single Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Krieger Barrels Inc, located at 2024 Mayfield Road, Richfield, Wisconsin 53076 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the Marine Corp Shooting Team in Quantico. Krieger Barrels Inc. can satisfy the agency requirement for this type of supply. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
