The work consists of the construction of a 6.2 acre electrical substation including: erosion controls, clearing/grubbing the site, importing/placing fill, installation of drainage pipe, jack and bore installation, placing base material, installation of several sizes of duct bank, installation of a copper grounding grid, security fence installation, retaining wall installation, and installation of equipment foundations. The project also includes landscaping.
