The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain, in a timely manner, identification of the plant species Bidens torta x Bidens amplectens which was determined to be present within the property boundary of Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station (KPSTS).  The goal is to properly identify through genetic testing if the species is the hybrid or endangered species on the installation. In addition to species identification, after proper identification is completed, the biological resources inventory of all locations of the newly identified species and species management will be completed. This will all be accomplished IAW with the Attached SOW dates 10 August 2017. Read the attached Combo/Solicitation for all applicaple provisions and clauses along with solicitation due date.
