THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to modify pizza parlor type 1 hood for 2 new fryers and relocate equipment. Modifications and design shall result in a complete and compliant hood system, certified and ready for use upon completion of the work. Contractor must be IAW SOW. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE.
Performance Period is 60 days from award. Contract is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.

SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification.

CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution.

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD August 20, 2013, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.)
Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Support Unit, Kodiak, Alaska.
ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $50,000.
